Facilities
This facility is a single tenant. The facility meets all local code requirements for fire and life safety hazards protection. Smoking is prohibited in our office, warehouse, and vehicles.
Security
The property is entirely secured by a fence with electronic gates and barbed wire at the top. The facility is protected with electronic alarm systems, monitored by a central service station, twenty-four hours a day. These alarms include contact and motion detectors for intrusion protection. The facility is also equipped with state-of-the-art fire detection systems.
Staff
All employees are subject to the same basic hiring criteria, which include a written application, personal interview and reference verification. All drivers are subject to additional DOT regulations, DMV reports annually, physical examinations and random drug and alcohol testing.
